ICD2 PROGRAMMER DRIVER

Any idea what I am doing wrong? It would justify its place on my bench just as an in-circuit programmer, the additional debugging facilities on offer being an excellent bonus. I should mention that everything was working fine when I was debugging with ICD2. I'm started whit a small program and that works fine with ProgICD2.
